  • Recommendations & selection of all vendors based on your vision and budget (includes site visits)
  • Coordination with all vendors via email & phone, and in-person appointments
  • Vendor follow up and final confirmations
  • Reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Scheduling vendor meetings around your availability
  • Budget creation and management
  • Creation & management of Payment Schedule
  • Creation of customized timeline
  • Management of all Rental Items
  • Creating your Day of Wedding/Event Booklet, which includes information & the timeline (to be distributed to each vendor)

Day of Management

Because (1) one day is not enough…

We start 2 months from the big day to ensure a seamless execution by all of your vendors. For the couples who have planned their wedding/event, and would like help in managing all the details & any loose ends, our Day of Management package is perfect. We attend finalization meetings with your vendors, and create & execute a detailed timeline for all of your vendors. You’ve done an excellent job in planning your wedding/event, and now you get to relax & enjoy all of your hard work, knowing you are in great hands.

Your Day of Management package includes several meetings with your dedicated team, rehearsal management, and a full day of on-site coordination at your wedding.

Complimentary Consultation

A complimentary 60-minute consultation is provided to you. Every package we create is unique, just like your wedding/event. During your consultation (via phone or in person), we focus on you.
